Tiki Folder Card
ATC -Week 25 - Rock Pool
This week's prompt was "Rock Pool" which I was a little unsure of, but then someone else referred to it as a tide pool, which seemed to be a more familiar term. I went with water coloring a background, then stenciling some glittery "bubbles" on it. I used some dies to make some sea weed, rocks, and some tiny little fish!

Card with New Pastel Plaid Papers
Found some challenges today that were perfect for using some of the paper scraps I had saved from a new paper pad I just got from Lawn Fawn.
Purple is probably one of my favorite colors, especially with yellow, and since it's usually with flowers I tend to choose green a third choice to make this a favorite color combination of mine. I find it especially pretty when it's in pastel shades!
The start of this card was from a weekly sketch challenge that is part of a Facebook group, but I would also like to join the following challenges:
As You Like It - Favorite color combo and why (see above)
Creative Moments #283 - Pastels or Brights? (see above)
Creative Fingers #325- anything goes
Word Art Wednesday #756/757 - anything goes
Try it on Tuesday - Flying High
Pick 3 Challenge #6 - yellow, sentiment, frame(s)

Altenew Layered Roses
Even though stenciling seems to be the popular way to color now, once in a while it feels good to get out some layering stamps. The roses are from a set by Altenew. I used a cover die (also from Altenew) that created the scallop pattern and overlaid it on the card base. I did trim off part of it to leave the top flat. A few dew drop embellishments were added along with a sentiment strip.
I would like to join in the following challenges:
Ellibelle's Garden Party #16 - anything goes related to a garden
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - add a sentiment
Beautiful Blossoms #42 - anything goes floral
Triple B - anything goes with birds, butterflies, and/or blooms
Pammie's Inky Pinkies #2624 - anything goes
